Today I was here spontaneously, the reservation through the hotel was quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a cozy atmosphere in this half-timbered building. About the meal: I had a goulash soup as a starter (would have been enough) and then the Holsteiner Schnitzel. Everything really delicious, great meat and very good fried potatoes. My conclusion: Great food, great staff, and prices are commensurate with the quality. I have not regretted the visit and the 5 stars are deserved. Thanks to the great team.

It's been a long time since eaten so well, fresh ingredients, tender meat. All 3 courses were great and appetizingly presented. Attentive and really nice service staff. The boss and cook knows his trade. We would love to come back.

We went here for the first time yesterday and loved the menu. We ordered rump steak with fried potatoes and game goulash with croquettes and red cabbage. It all tasted extremely good. The restaurant "Zur alten 16" is definitely recommended by us

The other day we went back to Alte WACHE 16 with our children. We are all completely surprised and enthusiastic about the plentiful and excellent quality of the dishes, everything appetizingly presented. The service provided by the staff is just as friendly and courteous. We like to come back again and again and can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with guests yesterday. The food was delicious. The location is very pleasant. Bright and friendly. The outside area is also cozy. The service is friendly and attentive. You will find us here more often now.

It was super tasty and the portions were quite good. A lot of choice, so there is something for every taste. When we are back in the area we will definitely go again.

A very nice restaurant. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is above average and really inexpensive. It is a pity that there was no decaffeinated coffee, but if there was sufficient demand, it would be explained to us. We will definitely go there again. Maybe next time for lunch. A great restaurant and a friendly and efficient service. Today we had shrimp with four people and they were very tasty. I also thought it was great that we responded to our special requests. Everything was fresh, the salad was fresh and crispy, very good !!! So we had a nice meal in a cozy environment, thank you very much.
